The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The owner was easily reachable for any queries or assistance. The location was absolutely mind-blowing, just minutes away from the stunning beach and lively town. The apartment itself was super spacious and the new furnishings were jaw-droppingly comfortable. We were also delighted to find that there was free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and all the cookware and kitchen utensils we needed. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, and having a lift made it easily accessible. We enjoyed dining outdoors in the beautiful outdoor dining area, and the beach access was a definite plus. It was also great to see that the property had wheelchair access and allowed pets, while maintaining a strict no smoking policy.

The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for building epic sand castles and soaking up the sun. The town of Bray-Dunes had a buzzing atmosphere with cool cafes and shops. We even rented bikes and explored the promenade, which was totally awesome! Can't wait to come back and have another rad adventure!
The only thing we wished for was a hip and happening nightclub nearby where we could dance the night away and have a blast with our friends. It would have been the cherry on top of an already amazing stay.

Loved exploring the beautiful historic town centre, eating at charming restaurants, and experiencing the traditional fish market. The stretched out coastline was perfect for speed-sailing, wind-surfing, or just feeling the power of the North Sea.
The enchanting streets that kept distracting me from my shopping spree. So inconvenient.

The decor of the hotel was charming and had a lovely, cozy feel to it. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the accessible design of the hotel, ensuring that seniors like myself could move around comfortably without any obstacles.
I would have loved to have more assistance from the staff during my stay. While the children working there were polite, I believe having a dedicated staff member available at all times would have made my vacation even better.

We had a great Christmas vacation at this beachfront villa. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the town center with its cafes and shops. The villa itself was beautiful, with a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. We also appreciated the spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. The staff was helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. there was some confusion with the check-in information, which meant we couldn't get into our villa as early as we would have liked.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the beach. This allows for easy access to the beautiful beachfront and provides a great opportunity for long walks along the shore. the hotel is conveniently located near various amenities, such as restaurants and shops, making it easy to find everything you need close by.
The lack of staff on site is a drawback, as it can be difficult to get assistance when needed.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was spot on. The room was more than we expected, with a nice beachy decor and a lovely terrace to relax on. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short stroll to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. The staff were super friendly and always available for any questions or requests. Great experience overall at Evancy Villa Les Margats!
One small thing that could have made the breakfast option even better would be to have a wider selection of pastries.
